The Alchemist is probably my favorite book of all time. This passage is from the book where the main character, who is unnamed throughout the whole book, is realizing his personal legend. He begins to grow his own personality and his own identity. The boy is on a mission to find a treasure deep within a pyramid that a fortune teller foresaw and while on this mission he meets a king disguised as a peasant. The king and the boy talk which lead to the king asking "What will you do when you have this treasure, what is your plan?". I really enjoyed this book, every chapter had a lesson to teach me; love, money, patience, faith, kindness, etc.
